Meditation for Children
It is wonderful to see how easy it can be to empower children with simple meditation tools and techniques that help them cope with any challenges, stress or difficult emotions they are experiencing or simply to feel more relaxed or help get to sleep after a busy day.
What is Connected Kids?
Connected Kids is a programme created by author Lorraine Murray as part of her Teach Children Meditation (TCM) campaign. Her book ‘Calm Kids - Help Children Relax with Mindful Activities’ has been a great success. With an increase in bullying, Autism and child stress, simple methods like meditation and relaxation can help children cope more effectively.
Suzi has trained with Lorraine and is a qualified Connected Kids Tutor as well as a Mindfulness Teacher and Mind Calm Coach.

Connected Kids Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are available from age 3 and upwards with a parent or carer present. Sessions are from 30 minutes and £15 for a single session.
Connected Kids Group Sessions
Sessions available at the SPACE108 Meditation studio in Peebles or at a venue of your choice.
Connected Kids for Schools & Organisations
I have shared meditation at primary and secondary school level. Sessions are tailored for the age group being taught.
